The Coffee Spot calendar has become something of a fixture, with this, the third year I’ve produced one. As before, the calendars will be professionally-printed, A4 in size and on glossy paper. Each month has a landscape, A4 picture from one of my favourite Coffee Spots of the last 12 months.

Just as in previous years, I’ll also be printing a very limited number of desktop calendars (I did 10 last year). However, as an added bonus this year, I’m also producing a limited edition Coffee Spot Lighting Calendar, with the help of my friend Sharon Reed, who has chosen most of the pictures (she let me pick three…).

Each calendar costs £12.00 (£15.00 for the lighting calendar), with a flat £2.00 postage and packing charge, regardless of how many you order. There are also discounts for multiple purchases. If you think we’re likely to meet up in the near future, I’ll even waive the postage and hand your calendar over in person!

If you’re ordering from outside of the UK, then I’m afraid I have to charge more for postage and I can’t offer any discounts for multiple purchases (unfortunately the charges increase rapidly with the weight of the package, unlike postage within the UK). For orders for Europe, postage and packing is £4.00 for one or two calendars, while for the rest of the world, it’s £6.00. If you want more than two, please get in touch regarding postage.

Just like last year, in order that I know that this is going to work, I need to get the calendars printed at a price which makes sense. Ideally I’d like to sell at least 100, which is what I managed last year. However, in order for things to go ahead, I need a minimum print run of 50 (if I print anything less than 50 calendars, the price per calendar is just too high).

For the lighting calendar, I’m aiming at a smaller print run, probably between 25 and 50, and I’ll only print enough to cover any pre-orders (see below). For that reason, I’m charging the slightly higher price of £15 per calendar. Take a look at the gallery below to see what will be in the lighting gallery.

Just as I did last year, I’m taking orders now, using PayPal. Your calendars will be sent out as soon as I get them back from the printers and in any event, no later than mid-December so you’ll have them in plenty of time for Christmas.

There’s a simple ordering system so you can order and pay for your calendars on line. As was the case last year, anyone pre-ordering a calendar (that is, orders and pays for their calendar before they are printed) will get a free Coffee Spot postcard, featuring an image from either last year’s the 2014 calendar (Café Mila) or from last year’s calendar (I Am Coffee).

So, if you’d like to get your hands on the 2016 Coffee Spot calendar, head over to the Coffee Spot shop, decide exactly what you want, then click the “Buy Now” button.

The aim is to have the calendars printed at the start of December by the very latest and shipped out to you by mid-December so that you can have them in time for Christmas. Obviously the sooner I hit my targets, the sooner I can send the calendars off to the printers.

In the unlikely event that I don’t go ahead and don’t produce a calendar this year, all moneys will be fully refunded.

December 2015: the calendars are back from the printers and looking good, even though I say so myself! Thanks to everyone who pre-ordered a calendar; they should be in the post tomorrow and by the end of the week at the latest.
